Studio Rates & Usage Guidelines

The studio rental rate is $95 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum.
Please note that your booked time must include all setup and breakdown.

Renters are responsible for the studio and its contents during their booking.
Any damaged or broken items must be repaired or replaced at the renter’s expense.

A $50 cleaning fee will be added to your invoice.

Paper backdrops are available for $15 per pull.
If you plan to use a paper backdrop, please notify us in advance and specify your preferred color so it can be prepared prior to your rental.

Payment is due in advance of your booking.
