The space has a few rooms.

MAIN ROOM

The main area when you enter has a built-in bench, two sitting chairs, a console table, a mirror and a restroom.

SIDE ROOM

When you walk in there is a room on the right with a table and chairs and a directors chair. Clients usually come in and sit there to get their hair and makeup done. Inside the closet in this room is 4 white folding chairs.

SHOOTING AREA

The other area is the shooting space. There are various colored backdrops and an electric mounting system for paper backdrops.

UPSTAIRS

Upstairs is my office area, changing room, and small kitchenette. There is a Nespresso machine, water, oat creamer, and prosecco in the fridge. Cups, sugar and utensils are in the drawers.

Everything in the studio is multi-purpose and can be used as a prop.

The rate is $90/hour. I do not charge extra for using the equipment. This space is only rented to people I know and trust. If you break it I will need you to replace it. An additional fee of $50 for cleaning.
